During my stay, I found the hotel staff in the restaurant to be really nice, but the overall experience was marred by poor service at the reception. The room I received was not great, with heating and cooling issues, and I had to deal with ants as well. While the view was lovely, the lack of responsiveness from the owner and the front desk made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I won't be returning due to these issues.

The hotel has a beautiful view, and the restaurant staff is exceptionally nice. Unfortunately, my room was a huge letdown with issues like a broken heater and ants, which were never addressed properly despite multiple complaints. The owner showed little concern for resolving my issues, and the lack of a phone in the room made communication difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the poor room conditions and service.
